You get what you pay for!

Cheap apartment but nosiness, creeping neighbors and unorganized staff. The plus is the great love and feeling of community with in the complex. They do move quick to fix problems and have a good understanding of the needs and requirements of the tenets. The act the the highway is near by is a blessing and a curse.
