Cottonwood Apartments

The units at 10 E Garden Dr are strictly for low income and seniors. Know that my expectaions were rather low. However I was suprised in a good way about our apartment. For a small apartment it is laid out very open and efficient. There is a breakfast bar which eliminates some need for a table and gives you a little more flexibility with space. The kitchen has quite a bit of counter space and includes an area for a W/D. The stairs are a little bit steep but wide enough for comfort. The 1st... bedroom is decently sized with his and her closets and the 2nd bedroom has a storage area in that closet. The upstairs bathroom is small and has very little storage space.
