Mar-Lea Park Apartments

First of all, there is no high speed internet access. Second, the walls and floors are SUPER thin, so if you'd rather have neighbors that feel like roommates, then this is the place for you. One other thing is there's no lighting in the parking lot except for one very dim street light. I always have to use a flashlight when I walk my dog. There is no controlled access. There are 3 entrances into the building, and 2 of them have broken locks so anyone can come in any time. first of all this apartment is extremely humid so all of your furniture will go bad so prepare for that.

and unfortunatel you have to move in then when you move out, make SURE you get some kind of paperwork the day you move out.

i just got a letter from them that i have to make a payment for one more month when i moved out way before then. and i wasnt even notified about this and they sent it straight to collection company.

I never got a returned phone call or email so I drove to the poorly maintained property to find the doors locked and no signage for an office. I happily drove away.
