They do nothing to improve these run down apartments.

We lived in this complex for a long time, we were the first to move in when it was built. The pro's were that they had a bathroom that was huge and a walk in closet that was even bigger. They had a playground in the back for children and a laundry room on site. The walls were thick so I could barely hear my neighbors. The cons were that the mailbox's didn't have a key and were all connected so if someone wanted to take my mail they could. Our water pipe burst and leaked in our home and we... ended up growing mildew in our house, all they did was paint over the walls where the mildew formed but the mildew smell was still there. Then our neighbors that were above us water pipe burst and leaked into my sister and I's bedroom. It ruined our beds and we were never compensated for anything we lived there for a couple more years with the same mildew smell and nothing was done. Read More
