I can’t give this place ANY stars! Management ONLY wants your money! When we first moved here, our stair railing was broken, stove and stove wire/ outlet was corroded, shower knobs don’t work, the bathroom leaks into our kitchen. We have roaches and mice! I’ve emailed management SEVERAL times and they told us that we have to take care of the mice problems ourselves instead of making an appointment for an exterminator. We’ve been living here almost 2 years and still no one has come to fix our… shower or the leaking ceiling. The oven is still here with only a matter of time before the corrosion starts a fire. They still need to replace the fire alarm in our bedroom and we’re still missing a railing for the stairs and we have a toddler!
Last winter during the bad storm we had, we were out of heat for TWO weeks straight! We’ve emailed management about that and they ignored us. I let them know we have a 2 year old I’m the house we need hear and they ignored us. We got in touch with housing and that’s the ONLY reason they came and fixed the heat.!
We have parking garages however they are a first come first serve basis and even if you don’t live in the complex as long as you have money you can rent out a garage so that leaves you to park on the street.
There are so much more problems here! And long story short, get ready to fix all your problems yourself and coke out of pocket because management esp maintenance management NEVER responds back. And god forbid you withhold rent thinking they’ll come fix the issues ../ yeah right . They’ll evict you faster than anything . They ONLY care about the money.
