Our sunny and spacious 1 beds at Pembrooke Apartments located at 131-139 Hilliard Street have large interiors with an extra large living room that opens to a kitchen that has... great cabinet space and long countertops for prepping food - you will love these big kitchens. There is also a 6 foot closet in the living room. The bedroom is large and it features a five foot closet. The apartment comes with one off street parking space (a 2nd space is $25 extra per month) and a free personal storage locker in the basement! This is a very quiet and well maintained building set far off the street with a beautiful front and back yard.
131-139 Hilliard Street is at an excellent location on the north side of Manchester close to the Buckland Hills Mall and I-84. Just a short drive to The Main Pub (great live music and food), Silk City Coffee, Urban Lodge Brewing, and Robertson Park.
We also have sunny and spacious 2 bedrooms for $1,450 available for rent down the street at 40 Olcott Street (South Adams Apartments) in Manchester. You will love these two beds because both bedrooms are huge - they are roughly 14x12 and have extra large closets and have plenty of room for a King sized bed and two end tables. Nice layout with an updated kitchen and large living room also. Some units have carpet, and some have hardwood floors. Cold flat/electric heat.
