Pembrooke... Court's sister building, South Adams Apartments, located at 40 Olcott Street in Manchester, has a one bedroom for $1,250 and three huge 2 bedrooms available for just $1,450 a month (cold flat). These have really cool chic kitchens with nice countertops and cabinets, and the living room is very large and there is an area for a dining room table that off the kitchen - just a really great floorplan. Best of all are the sizes of the bedrooms - they are both very large each with a full sized closet. You can fit a king or a queen sized bed here no problem. There is also a fitness center and a pool here, and dogs are allowed (ask agent for details for weight and breed restrictions, pet rent applies as does a non refundable pet deposit).
We also have two awesome one beds at 103 and 113 Sycamore Lane (Huntington Commons Apartments) in Manchester. These have an open concept with hardwood floors, updated kitchens and bathrooms, and free heat and hot water included. Please call or text us to view these apartments.
