I have lived in the residence since 2002 with mother to help pay bills. She died in 2011 and I kept the apartment even though she was a hoarder and I had an injury that prevented me from cleaning it thoroughly. When the new super came to building in 2014 he gave me an issue with my familiar (cats) written into lease as such. In 2015 he found a away around that on days I was sleep for five hours after night courses so it looked bad on my part when they cam if after 10 of residence if they had a... problem my set rent and wanting to to the renovation they ignored when I notified them over the years once I was out allowed them to raise rent $150. Currently I am staying in an abandoned building trying to look like I'm not; hoping to find a place within two months as what money I had went toward a uhaul to move to the abandoned building and pay the driver/movers.
