I moved out before my lease it was awful like it’s infected with roaches and mice and everytime something was wrong, the heater will stop working or any appliances they make you wait atlease 2 days you will call the office and the lady on the phone is nasty and rude she doesn’t care at the time I had a newborn and I told them I needed the heater fixed it was cold and snowing and I called them at 9am and thet didn’t come until the next day their respond was I’m not the meintanace and they will... come when it’s your turn and I was super fustrated and then a mice died in my oven and it took them 2 days to get me a new one.
