I moved out before my lease it was awful like it’s infected with roaches and mice and everytime something was wrong, the heater will stop working or any appliances they make you wait atlease 2 days you will call the office and the lady on the phone is nasty and rude she doesn’t care at the time I had a newborn and I told them I needed the heater fixed it was cold and snowing and I called them at 9am and thet didn’t come until the next day their respond was I’m not the meintanace and they will... come when it’s your turn and I was super fustrated and then a mice died in my oven and it took them 2 days to get me a new one. Like I said it was awful living here and a lot of shooting and drug dealing… Lee mas

My apartment is in a quiet neighborhood around corner from great local schools quiet safe kid family and pet friendly neighborhood easy walk to stores on local bus route and great management team on site.parking a plus!!! Security cameras too!

320 quinnipiac ave is a bad choice to live the people in the office are rude about everything it takes weeks to get something fixed there is a lean on the property because they do not pay the water bill my car was broken into right infront of a camera but when the police came to review the tape no one knew how to access them the hallways are disgusting dead bugs everywhere the parking lot is unsafe grass is barely ever cut got people putaide at night fighting yelling all types of craziness goes... on here its a cheap rent but with the cheap rent come cheap landlords i would say look else whereb Lee mas
