terrible
I lived in this complex for 2 years. They are filthy and everything is falling apart. There were cracks in the ceiling leaking water, and it took almost 3 weeks for someone to come repair it. The carpet was soaking wet and smelled bad. Also there is a group of residents that sit in the entryways smoking and throwing their cigarettes everywhere. The hallways always reek of smoke.

I'm very sorry to hear that you experienced a water leak that was not repaired as quickly as you would have liked it. In the future, please do not hesitate to contact Tenant Services at the Main Office if you are not satisfied with the response. ...
Regarding smoking, unfortunately, this is a property that does allow smoking (although not in common areas like entries and hallways). If you would please send an email to info@ghmco.com with the building you live in, we can remind tenants of their responsibilities, and have our staff follow up to make sure the entry is clean.

Moved from out of state CT doesn't even give people a chance. These people took my application fee . didn't return it clearly they stated that they would return it. still don't understand why I was denied the unit pay my bills on time etc. never been evicted. oh well their loss I'm a excellent tenant.
