Bad Experience

I was in building 16, the septic tank leaked into the basement, the smell was horrible. The liquid hit the storage units and backed up into the washing machines.
The walls are thin, you can hear everything and you hear doors slamming all day in the hallways.
In my experience the landlord was rude, dishonest, and unorganized.
The only good thing about these apartments was the sliding door and window.

Awful

These apartments do NOT have air conditioning. There is mold everywhere, the laundry rooms are flooded when it rains and is left there for days. Walls are paper thin as you will hear people above or below sneeze and snore.

The storage area is not temperature controlled therefore anything you store will be ruined. Rents in Shelton with AC and laundry in unit are far better.

HORRIBLE landlord

Paula is by far the rudest, dishonest, most disrespectful landlord I have ever had to deal with. She does not want to be bothered with anything. She will hang up on you and block your number. Apartments are outdated and there’s black mold growing in the basement. Laundry is also terrible. You DO NOT want to live here. Nothing but stress.

Apartment 17

My apartment is a comfy place to live. This is my second year here which I enjoyed the view of different colors fall leaves falling down. Its feel peaceful and serene. At times, I like to sit in the porch where I can feel a nice cool breeze with hot cocoa. It's awesome. Thank you.
