The heat is all electric so in the winter your average electric bill is $350.00 per month. Poor insulation causes the high cost. The Garage needs a dehumidifier running everyday. The neighbor is poor. My wife car was stolen in 2015 and recovered within 24 hours with damage to the bumper. It does have washer and dryer hook up. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom and half.
