DO NOT MOVE THERE
Not only is the office manager rude, the poor excuse for maintenance staff are also rude, they do NOT fix anything, the appliances are the worst quality. They will bandaid every repair and blame you for things falling apart. Plowing is a joke, they will tow your car, an expense that you have to deal with. The rent goes up but the quality declines faster.

Deerfield Aparment Old appliances very noisy bored squeaking
I live here almost one here not comfortable the apartment is very noisy I live on the first floor and the person that lives on the second floor whenever they are walking you can hear every move that they make if they use the bathroom you can hear even when they are having sex you hear everything Can’t wait to move I have sleepless nights because of the squeaking of the board
