I’ve enjoyed living in this apartment community overall. The location is convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly and professional. The amenities like the gym and pool are well-kept, though they can get crowded at peak times.

I love living in Rowan the staff is nice and the building is amazing. If I had to say something bad, the metro noise gets a bit annoying, even with the windows closed.

Good building. I like the decor and amenities. Not noisy and everyone is respectful. Need better walkable store option in the area though for people without cars.

Love my apartment, the convenience and accessibility. I can’t wait until the summer time when the pool is open again. The only grow I have is the parking garage.
