5 stars doesn’t do anyone justice. Nothing is perfect. 3 weeks in and finally moved in enough stuff to stay here for just the 1st week so far so good. Haven’t really meet anyone or done much. It’s quiet, parking is just ok. Mainly my issue but hey

Very good experience. The staff communications have been helpful informing residents about snow removal office closures and community events. Maintenance is very prompt to make repairs when needed, and are friendly, polite and professional. The staff overall has been very friendly and helpful.

Overall the complex is pretty nice. Although there have been upgrades to the units, the age of the apartments show in the insulation- it can be pretty pricey for electricity even when changing behaviors and keeping the thermostat set at lower temperatures in the winter. Parking could be better, some units have too many cars and when people have visitors they take up parking for those who live here. Maintenance is responsive for any issues that may arrive and management is also responsive to... complaints too. It's not a bad place to live but there is some room for improvement.

During this snow and ice event the week of January 28th 2026 the stairs hallways and parking lot was cleaned well. I would like to commend the leasing office staff with updates that were provided.
