Not completed The maintenance man came and did something to prevent it from falling off but said the item to fix it permanently has been ordered, so I’m waiting

Leak The leak under the sink has been fixed by replacing some parts. I’m not sure if I need to put in another request to have the outside wall fixed. I discussed it with Marvin. He explained what would need to be done. I wasn’t expecting him to do it that day, but I don’t know if I should put in a request about it too. Marvin was very nice and professional, and took care of things as soon as he was aware of what needed to be done.
