AC was blowing hot air I placed the ticket days before I decided to get in the car and drive to the office. While in route I noticed the two temp guys (1 tall and 1 short) walking back to the office. As I approached I asked has anyone seen Marvin they said they were looking for him as well. Minutes later Marvin shows up with refrigerant and the unit starts working. I should not have had to leave for something I put in the system. But it also doesn’t surprise me because my unit has been dealing… with a mold issue that has been mischaracterized as moisture when both my unit and the one below me has gallons of water and weeks of wet vacuum services needed. I hope that with this new leadership we the tenants will be prioritized and treated in a manner that doesn’t just lead to the feeling of occupying a lb apartment paying rent for a place that is not doing the things best for its tenants safety. If you look back from when I first moved in, it was a horrible beginning and has not seem to get any better. This property seems to be a revolving door for tenants and employees. 4 property managers in less than 2 years and a host of different maintenance personnel speaks volumes to how this property was being run. Kitchen maintenance Maintenance man came straight away on Monday morning and completed the issue with the dishwasher and clogged sink.

I live in Building 551.
I have been living here for six months.
The first time I lived here was in 2023 for one year, and everything was relatively fine.
However, this time there are many problems.
The bathroom fan does not work.
The kitchen sink is leaking.
There is no washing machine in this building at all.
I have spoken with the rental office more than five times, and the last time was on November 4th, but no attention has been given, and the problems remain unresolved.
