Great location, below average rating

The location in great, access to metro, restaurants and groceries. The problem is with the building and management. Visible molds in the stairways. Only 2 washer and dryer in the entire building and one of the washers is not working for a very long time. Maintenance will take forever to respond and maintenance personnel needs a PR training.
