Great Move-In Experience

I recently moved into this apartment community, and so far my experience has been wonderful. The staff may be a small team, but they are incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The property manager made my move-in process easy and was always available to answer my questions and make sure everything went smoothly.
When I moved in, my apartment was clean, comfortable, and more spacious than I expected. I did have a minor issue with my door handle, but I let the property...
manager know, and it was addressed right away. The maintenance technician responded quickly, fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly.
After spending my first few days here, I've really enjoyed the peaceful, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The community has been welcoming, and I already feel at home. If you're searching for a well-managed community with a friendly staff and a comfortable place to live, I would definitely recommend giving this property a look. I'm looking forward to continuing my time here!

Great Place to Call Home

I've lived at this complex now for going on two years, and it's the cleanest, most well-maintained place I've ever lived. Any maintenance concerns are addressed within 24 hours, with a note left on the counter explaining the services rendered. The landlords are friendly and care deeply. It is the quietest place I've ever lived, and I'm living on the first floor. I never hear my neighbors, and I've adjusted to hearing planes fly over and find it rather comforting. The landscaping is regularly... maintained, and my front porch area always looks immaculate. I would say it's smart to have front- and back-door cameras, because we've had a few car break-ins since I've lived here. That's less to do with the complex itself than with it being in the heart of Dover. My car has never been touched. I would also say that it's a good idea to have bug spray on hand if you live on the first floor, because the ants and spiders around here can be pesky and will find ways to get in. The trash fills up fast, and they've gotten much better about making sure the dumpsters are emptied once a week and on time. Maintenance is excellent about addressing any pest control problems, and with routine cleaning and organization of your unit, there's nothing large to worry about. They're very pet-friendly here, and also lots of young families and neighbors. Everyone always talks to me and is friendly. They are quick to address snow in the winter, and work really hard to resolve any ice/snow hazards. All in all, I love living here. Even at night, it is very quiet, and I sleep like a baby. I don't foresee myself leaving this apartment for a long time. :)

New management is awful

Constant rent increases despite paying on time every month and minimal maintenance requests. Units are already well above market rate but the leasing office couldn’t care less. There’s been zero improvements or additions made in years to justify the increases in rent either.

Nice Peaceful Area

I love this apartment. The property manager is super helpful and quick to respond and so is maintenance. We've had some small issues with our dryer and dishwasher and both issues were addressed within 12 hours. We live on the first floor so sometimes we hear our upstairs neighbor walking but its never so loud we can't handle it. Our next door neighbors are so quite i question if they're even there. The grounds are kept very clean and maintained. I would highly recommend the old construction as... the layout is more pleasing and I've heard some of the new construction can be a pain for the appliances. All in all i absolutely love it here and it was the best value for the lowest cost.

HONEST REVIEW

Feel like wasting time, and money moving? Hate sleeping? Despise peace and quite? Enjoy loud, continuous noise early every morning and late at night? Like having maintenance request ignored, then falsified as if they were addressed? Want a property manager that literally does nothing? Then this is the perfect place!! I lasted 2 months. Neighbors so loud my family and I never slept a full night. So loud the apartment shook, and wall fixtures fell. What does the property manager do, you ask?... Nothing but insist I leave instead of addressing the issue. Even had the luxury of having the police called on me by said neighbors. I literally feared for my families safety staying here, and HATED every second of being there.
Absolutely disgusted with my experience. If I can save you, my job is done. Just pray you don't get my old apartment.
*By chance if anyone from the property attempts to respond just know its garbage, they had numerous times to address but did nothing.
