    Very Nice!!!

    As a native Wilimingtonian, I found this apartment building to be very very nice!

    There are some extremely nice views of the city too!

    During the tour, I kept recalling my memories of what Wilmington may have looked like many moons ago.

    Sadly, I didn't have any bad memories to rehash. I'm not that old:-)

    The units that were shown to me during my tour were very very very nice!

    Even the fromt desk concierge greeted me with a smile!

    Once I was asked if I like coffee, I felt totally at ease    … .

    And by it being a modern facility, my interest was quickly picqued (I'm a closet technology geek).

    One major plus: I felt extremely safe!

    To all of which, this is the best complex that I've had the opportunity to tour!!!!
