If you value your health, don't move here. While the location is nice and it's supposedly a "smoke free" apartment complex, management will do nothing to address the issues outside of pleasantries to get you to stop complaining.

The management here is the worst of the worst. They lie, skimp and take huge advantage of their residents. They allow workers to enter your apartment with out permission and then say "oh sorry" when they are caught. The trash cans are 1 half mile for the apartment meaning you have to walk your trash ridiculously far. They raise the rent on you without telling you. There are too few parking sports for the number of residents and if you parallel park on the street, you will get a boot put on your… car. This is the WORST place to live. Even if this is all you can find, I promise you it is not worth it. Living in a hotel would be more pleasant. FYI management also reviews themselves on here so the positive reviews are fake. Don't apply it, it's our recently experience, awful. We applied a two bedroom apartment a few days ago, and had paid $128 application fee and $500 holding deposit, but they told us the apartment we applied was not available, and wanted us to change. However, I can still see the apartment available on their website and they have raised the rent rate. We have called them many times, and every time they have reasons but don't do anything. According to their policy, our 500 dollars holding deposit… is non-refundable, except they deny our application. The move in date is approaching, but they still don't tell us whether accept or deny our application.
I feel they are cheating on us and don't want to give our deposit back.

The apartments themselves, inside, are beautiful. Beautiful touches and great attention to detail. We have decorated it well and it feels truly like home. Management, however makes this place feel like anything but home. Maintenance takes forever to come and address issues. The trash cans were moved ridiculously far away. On a snow day like today, Jan 30th 2022, Lehigh Flats didn't even make an attempt to shovel our side walks or the exits from the building. Thats a HAZARD. Also, how to they… expect us to walk the what feels like 3 miles to the dumpsters if they can't even simply shovel the sidewalks. There are also barley any parking spots and if you come home after 8pm you'll have to park at the local elementary school and walk because there will be no spots left.There is also no nice place for my children to play.
