Don’t live here unless you want to get screwed over. I can genuinely say I wish I never lived here. I’ve been here for about 4 years total, first in a two bedroom, then the last two years in a three bedroom. Living here was fine. The insulation in these apartments is horrible so be prepared for obscenely high SRP bills. There are a ton of cockroaches that run all over the grounds across the grass and sidewalks at night. There’s a huge amount of stray cats living here. Upon move out they kept our... deposit and wanted us to pay an additional $2700 in repairs, acting as though we intentionally damaged the unit which we did not. It wasn’t even a nice unit. It was old, not remodeled, and barely functioning appliances. When I wrote an email to contest the request for repairs they chose to ignore it. We had to send another email and specifically request a reply at which time they just had their lawyers send us an email. They didn’t even provide an itemized list of so called “damages” and I don’t even know how that’s legal. All they did was provide us with a bill of how much we owed without explaining why we owed for the items listed. This complex claims to be pet friendly but seems they used the fact that we had dogs to justify all this.Make sure you take lots of pictures going in and coming out of this place and request to be there for the move out inspection. Otherwise they will do everything in their power to hose you. Also make sure you vote for somebody who cares about tenants rights in the next election because AZ doesn’t. Lee mas

I have lived at Chandler Meadows since Jan 2021 and have noticed that the reviews here are not that current. Some don't have very nice things to say about where I currenty live. That said, I will be the 1st to say that it's easy to find bad things to say about anything, but to take the time to say something positive is much harder. My experience here has all been great, but I've not left a review previously so let me tell you about the Chandler Meadows I know. The 1st problem I encountered was... my washing machine. They came that day and it was fixed. Notice my front door could use better weatherstripping. Fixed again. I mentioned the great big grassy area on the west side of the property could use better lighting. They checked out the problem and fixed that situation with brand new lighting. The dog park was showing some wear & tear and is currently undergoing a renovation that should be finished very soon. If you visit on any given day, you'll see the property is well maintained on a daily basis. To say the management team here is "responsive" is an understatement. It's a great place, and I don't know why I've waited this long to say something. Cheers! Lee mas

It's disappointing because I was very excited to move in and live at this complex.

This apartment complex doesn't show you the corresponding pictures of the units.
I chose this place specifically for the washer & dryer they market online and their brochures.
They don't let you see the unit you're signing for before you decide on it.

That should've been my red flag to not ignore.
Not all units are the same.

And the wifi is very limited to what you can do with it. Only allows 6 devices... and doesn't support or work with Amazon Alexa and security doorbell devices. Lee mas

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you are in Apt 1292 or planning on moving into it, there is a leak in the foundation of the building. If it’s in the bedroom to the left of the window. If it rains your room will be covered in water. Although it does not rain much here in AZ when it rains it really gets bad sometimes. I asked them to fix it and the told me they would cut down the tree, fix the clogged gutter,and move the rocks but they never acknowledged fixing the actual leak. The second time was really bad... . My room was completely soaked and even the bottom of my bed and dressers have damage from all the water they sat in. AND IT STUNK! I asked them again to fix it and the reminded me of all the steps they took the first time but refused to fix the actual building. Then in Nov they put a letter on my door saying they will not renew my lease! I have NEVER paid late, my apartment was in wonderful condition, and I never have them any trouble other then sending photos of the damage and asking that they fix it. But instead they kicked out a good tenant and refused to give me and explanation. The women in the office (Grace and Kaitlyn) kept repeating that in AZ they have to right to refuse to let me live there and they don’t have to give me and explanation then they gave me a number to a woman who already knew I was calling and only repeated the same information. I really loved that area and my apartment. I was never late on rent and never caused any trouble so that fact that I was not allowed to stay bc I asked them to fix a leak in the building really hurt me an I don’t believe it was fair. I love it here for the space but we also have a scorpion problem which is not cool because I have a daughter and I wouldn't like her to get stung by one so far she hasn't but we found so many already on top of that we've had so many problems with leaks and the walls??
