I’ve lived here for 4 years now and I loved it at first but it’s gone downhill, from the office staff to the maintenance orders. I’m definitely looking into moving into somewhere else when my lease is up. I had to wait MONTHS for simple maintenance. The office staff is not friendly anymore.

I decided to renew my lease after another year here because the experience has been consistently solid. Management is responsive, maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time, and the community is generally quiet and well kept. It has been easy to live here without constant issues, which made renewing an easy decision.

Loved it when we moved here in 2021 since then has gone down hill! Y’all let the trees n plants die! There’s no jacuzzis!!! Big deal!!! Maybe give us keys or a code to the exercise room so it can stop being damaged. Like the code could track what apt # used it to go in idk something cause it sucks and you can’t use it! Don’t understand why a lease renewal doesn’t give me the lower advertised rent and when asked about it got the run around and a higher rate than the advertised rate at the time.... No laundry mat and I had to wait two months for a dryer! Couldn’t use my sink due to a break in pipe, had to wait two days for maintenance?! This place rocked once upon a time…

Una comunidad muy tranquila, se vive muy a gusto, no he tenido problemas de ningún tipo con los vecinos, la propiedad esta buena. Existen 4 piscinas, gimnasio.

It would be nice it they worried about the whole property not just the front and if they took care of the amenities better I wouldn’t mind if my rent went up
