I really like the community, however the only problem is with the materials used, they are a little flimsy. The maintenance requests are tended to pretty quickly.

Living at Murieta at ASU has its pros and cons. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the bus stops, which makes commuting to campus incredibly convenient. It's a lifesaver, especially on days when you're running late or don't want to deal with parking. However, the positive experience stops there when it comes to the management. Their service response is consistently slow and unhelpful. Simple maintenance requests take forever to be addressed, and it often feels like your concerns are being... ignored. It's a frustrating contrast: a great location with a subpar management team that makes living here more of a hassle than it should be. The convenience of the bus is a major plus, but be prepared for a frustrating experience if you ever need help from the office staff.

1B1B apartments are specious. Ample of space for the closets and to keep the stuff.
Creating maintenance request is little difficult. I mean whenever I create it from website it does not work. I need to ask leasing office manager to put it behalf of me.
