We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations, and we understand how distressing it can be to deal with ongoing noise concerns in your home. We want to... assure you that our team takes every report seriously, and we evaluate each situation thoroughly and fairly. In multi-level communities like ours, everyday sounds can be heard from neighboring units. While we understand how disruptive this can feel, the noise must rise above normal living levels in order for us to take formal corrective action. Our team has reviewed the recordings provided, but at this time, they do not meet the threshold required to proceed further under our policies. We also understand that being advised to contact local authorities may not be the response you were hoping for. However, if disturbances occur outside of business hours or exceed community standards, Mesa Police are the appropriate party to assess and document the situation. Their reports provide an independent, third-party account that can help us determine if further action is warranted. Regarding transfers and lease termination, we are required to follow the terms outlined in each resident's lease agreement. We understand how frustrating it can be when options come with financial implications, but our goal is to remain consistent and fair to all residents across the community. We truly regret that this has caused you distress, and we’re still here to support you however we can within our capabilities.
