Great Complex!
Such a great experience moving to this complex. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I am able to communicate with them through text which I love and they always answer all my questions, even when I ask so many! This is the first apartment that I have moved into where the show unit is the same quality as what you move into! This is also the first apartment I have moved into where appliances work and the apartment is genuinely clean. Cannot describe how much of a relief it is to finally not be... scammed. Plus they have a 30 day guarantee for anyone that may feel unsure.
All of the staff is incredible. Julissa met us for our key pick up and she has excellent customer service skills and made our move-in a great experience. Thank you for the gift left for us at move-in and for taking time to answer all my questions.

Don’t waste your time
Continental Properties is a large company with the resources to support its residents, yet in my experience, you have chosen not to. The noise from the unit above me is unbearable and has made my living situation extremely distressing. I did not sign a lease expecting to record my neighbor or be told contact the Mesa Police Department just to experience peace and quiet.
Despite my efforts to document the excessive noise on my phone, management dismissed my concerns. I no longer feel it is worth... spending more time when those responsible for helping refuse to take action.
I have been informed that I cannot transfer units without paying more money, waiting 30 days, and placing another deposit. Ending my lease would cost over six thousand dollars, which is an unreasonable penalty for a situation that is not my fault.
What concerns me most is that management has done nothing to resolve the actual issue. Instead, my distress has been repeatedly minimized, and the living conditions remain unacceptable.
This is not the standard of living that was promised when I signed my lease, and I expect better.

In multi-level communities like ours, everyday sounds can be heard from neighboring units. While we understand how disruptive this can feel, the noise must rise above normal living levels in order for us to take formal corrective action. Our team has reviewed the recordings provided, but at this time, they do not meet the threshold required to proceed further under our policies. We also understand that being advised to contact local authorities may not be the response you were hoping for. However, if disturbances occur outside of business hours or exceed community standards, Mesa Police are the appropriate party to assess and document the situation. Their reports provide an independent, third-party account that can help us determine if further action is warranted. Regarding transfers and lease termination, we are required to follow the terms outlined in each resident's lease agreement. We understand how frustrating it can be when options come with financial implications, but our goal is to remain consistent and fair to all residents across the community. We truly regret that this has caused you distress, and we’re still here to support you however we can within our capabilities. Construction work - shared living
Multiple guys sharing an apartment as my neighbors who leave for work from 2am to 4am and letting the door shut with a bang due to spring loaded hinges and leaving in their truck loudly was not something i signed up for. Never slept properly ever since they moved as neighbors. I gave 5 stars before that since it's a brand new apartment. With all the construction works happening in this part of mesa i would make sure few things before renting. Posting this after talking to the neighbors and the... office for a month without to try and make them understand without any result.
