This was my first experience moving out on my own. I am going through a divorce and was looking for a location centralized for work as I travel to different locations around the central/east valleys. This location is perfect. On top of that, the floor plan is everything I wanted with all the amenities I wanted! With a great monthly rent that works for a newly single lady with one income now.
Bernice was amazing with showing me around and accepted my little Italian Greyhound in joining us in... finding our new home. Her communication was incredible and even with a couple little hiccups, she took care of everything quickly and with a great attitude!
The resources sent to me to assist with setting up my internet, utilities, and renters insurance was so smooth! Having the lease sent to electronically sign gave me the time to really look over everything and reach out with questions. When move in day came, I quickly got my keys and started moving in.

The community itself is great. Fantastic location, staff are very responsive. Parking is my only concern. There are cars in guest spots that haven’t moved for weeks if not longer. And there are very few guest spots as it is.

Living at Ingleside apartments is a wonderful experience. The staff is exceptional. The property may not be rated as top pick by many due to its age, however, they are missing out. It is a hidden gem. You will be in one of the most luxury areas, wonderful schools nearby, close to major road ways and the airport, downtown Scottsdale and Phoenix are a quick trip from your front door. Truly a complex to brag about!!?
