Apartment complex is quit and very private.Water/sewage is paid. Tenants just pay Electric. they work with people who have low income and as well past eviction. and guess what! for 500 a month you get all that plus central air! Forget window units thy give you... central air! Their walk in closet is perfect storage space for cloths shoes and what ever else you may need to store.great parking space for residence and visitors. don't have to worry about your car being towed.
