Life Saver
This apartment is amazing when it come to what you need. If you are just finding a place that convenient to downtown area a this is the perfect place. rent is affordable and the amenities are nice.Awesome for ASU students and Gateway. Apartment complex is quit and very private.Water/sewage is paid. Tenants just pay Electric. they work with people who have low income and as well past eviction. and guess what! for 500 a month you get all that plus central air! Forget window units thy give you... central air! Their walk in closet is perfect storage space for cloths shoes and what ever else you may need to store.great parking space for residence and visitors. don't have to worry about your car being towed. This is the place you get when you need something quick and i still worth the price~
