In the end, he had to replace it entirely which took only a few hours and had hot water very short after. Very Fast, efficient, and friendly.

A quick and easy leasing process. Community is great and clean. The apartment is a great fit for my family and I.

The rent is too high for what you get at the Solaire on Scottsdale.

All and all Soliaire is quiet ,clean, nice property with a professional staff. The problems with property primarily stem from the age ,and location,(pedestrian traffic from the area.

Solaire on Scottsdale is a great community of families and professionals living together in a beautiful setting with modern amenities. The aesthetic is mid-century modern with a park like center. It's a great place to call home.
