I don't recommend this place to live it. Leasing office staff have priority with certain tenants and it's not fair due to privileges they get away with. Maintenance requests take forever and they get paid nothing so I see why they are short staffed because no one wants to work for greystar company.

I just moved 4 months ago in a townhouse such a beautiful community heart of Orange county beautiful people management so kind and always resolve the issue maintenance guys all very respectful kind friendly very clean community . Really appreciate everyone. Highly recommended this place

Love the townhome but wish we as residents were respected more by management. They really don’t seem to care.

St. Moritz is the best in the area! Gorgeous, spacious apartments. Great amenities (pools, tennis courts, refurbished fitness center) and is pet friendly. And the staff is highly responsive. Great management!!

The maintenance team is super attentive and responsive, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
One of the standout features of St. Moritz is its beautiful natural surroundings. The area is serene and picturesque, providing a peaceful... escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Plus, being close to local shopping centers makes it super convenient to grab essentials or enjoy a night out.
