To speak to the management team here recently, I recognized the whole new management system had been replace by the new owner. Their service/react calls are super fast; it's been improved a lot compare with the previous manager before. The new owner had been working to replace the new utilities for most of units need to be replace or fix.
Scale 1-10, 1 is the worst & 10 is the best, I would give a scale between 7-8!!

Owner and manager are rude and hard to get along with. The manager will treat you like a best friend one day and the next your her worst enemy. If your lucky enough to get a repair done, it's not done right or well. Cockroach infested. The manager runs her mouth, so everyone knows your business. They also have several other properties that are ran in the same manor. Alpine Apts. On Ashlan & Fresno, Ashlan Lagoon on Ashlan & Gettysburg, Cornerstone, and West Ridge.

The manager and owner are the two worst people to deal with. The apartments are run down. Nothing ever gets fixed. The manager is the rudest person u will ever meet. I promise u
. call and find out for urself. Or ask any other tenants. Also one of the pools stays green. They charge for pool keys. And everything is done by fraud.
