I live in the best unit in my building for the last 27 years with just a short walk to the beach. I have a frontal view to the street that is line with beautiful trees that offers a walk out to full patio from my master bedroom that includes an on suite bathroom and the guest bedroom has it's own bathroom and it offers a walk out both with large walk outs to a patio. We have private parking and on site laundry. Trash and water is included in the rent. I love this place and will evidently have... to downsize and I will be sad when that day comes I have so many memories of my children growing up here and returning home to visit for holidays to a place they only know as home. I hope the next tenant will have the same memories one day too and that I never want to leave. Lee mas
