Deposit
Me and my children did a walk through of these apartments back in March/April. I applied and paid the 199 fee. Unfortunately i was unable to move because of being in a car accident. However i reached out to them and let them know. I still haven't received my $199 deposit and it is now August. I don't understand why they wont refund my deposit when they easily took it out with no problem. Now I'm happy i didn't move here especially after seeing all these reviews.
