The property is clean, well kept, with amazing service from staff. In regards to questions and accommodations they respond quickly via email.
Parking indoor is safe and security is on the premise at all times. Friendly and kind neighbors. No disturbances.

Packages frequently get lost and management tends to side with neighbors who make unsubstantiated complaints. Guest parking was eliminated, the purple curb that used to be for visitors now results in towing which feels unfair. I’ve also heard management plans to start charging for parking even though it was originally included in the lease. That kind of nickel and diming leaves a bad taste and makes tenants feel undervalued. On the positive side, Rayel has been great and Patrick was always... cheerful and helpful, they made the community better. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for some of the other office staff who often come across as unhelpful, condescending, or just plain uninterested. It feels like they don’t care, which is disappointing as a tenant. Staff also often boss tenants around about picking up packages, sometimes saying they need to be collected within 24 hours. That comes across as unreasonable, tenants have busy schedules and it isn’t always possible to drop everything right away. A more tenant friendly policy would allow at least 3–4 days for package pickup. Instead this approach creates unnecessary stress over something that should be simple and convenient. The elevators also consistently smell unpleasant after cleaning, either from dirty mop water or harsh chemicals. A small upgrade like using a fresher cleaning solution would go a long way. Overall the focus seems to be more on squeezing extra dollars than creating a positive tenant experience. It’s sad to see because a little more care and respect toward residents would completely change the atmosphere here.

Regarding the elevators, we did previously place air fresheners inside, but unfortunately, they were being taken and we had to remove them. That said, we’ll revisit options to help keep the elevators feeling fresher for everyone.
On package pickup, we understand it can feel rushed, and we apologize if it’s caused stress. The reason we sometimes ask residents to collect packages more quickly is that the package room can get very full, which makes it difficult for neighbors using strollers or wheelchairs to safely move through. We’ll certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continue to look at ways to make this process smoother and more tenant-friendly.
We are glad that maintenance was able to get your AC fixed right away, and we appreciate your kind words to Raelle and our maintenance team.
