Living at The current has been an exceptional experience. The maintenance team responds promptly to requests, often resolving issues within 24 hours. The amenities, particularly the fitness center and pool area, are well-maintained and easily accessible. Management is professional and communicative, making lease renewals and community updates seamless. The location offers convenient access to shopping and public transportation. My neighbors are respectful, creating a pleasant living environment.... The grounds are consistently clean and landscaped beautifully. Security features provide peace of mind. I’ve had an amazing experience moving and now living at The Current Apartments. The location is unbeatable right on Ocean Blvd with stunning views and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and downtown Long Beach nightlife. It’s the perfect balance of city energy and coastal calm.

The building is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are top-notch from the fitness center and rooftop lounge to the pool and resident events, it really feels like a luxury resort. The staff...
and management are incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive.

The units themselves are bright, open, and stylish, with floor to ceiling windows and high-end finishes. I love waking up to ocean views and enjoying my coffee on the balcony. It truly feels like a dream.

If you’re looking for upscale living in the heart of Long Beach with unbeatable views and great community vibes, The Current is it. Highly recommend!

Building and units are nice but the area around the building doesn’t feel safe any more. Even going to Vons is dodgy. Lots of crime and homelessness.
Rates keep going up even though new renters get lower rates. If you are looking to rent at the Current, keep an eye on rates as they adjust them several times a month. Don’t wait til the end of the month to sign a lease as rates go up the last week of the month. You could end up with a rate several hundred dollars more than if you sign a lease...
in the middle of the month.
