We sincerely apologize that you have not enjoyed your time living within the community. We have taken action to help create more security by implementing welded plates on the storage units. This has proved to be effective in addressing this issue... for many of our residents. We are aware of the condition of the gate, and have sent notices out to all our residents letting them know that the delay in fixing it, is due to us having to wait for a new part to come in. We have already ordered it, and plan to fix the gate as soon as the part is received. Additionally, to help improve security ongoing, we have stationed a standby guard by the damaged gate to prevent unauthorized access.
