I love living at Volta. The community here is diverse, kind, and open. The location is great because it's central enough to be able to enjoy DTLB's restaurants, shops, and events, but in a quieter corner of the North Pine neighborhood where you get a sense of peace from the activity at the other end of Pine near Broadway and the Promenade. The staff is thoughtful, kind, and helpful, and if you don't come aggressive, will do everything they can to help solve any issue for you. This is also a... super welcoming community - for everyone! And pets are welcome...so many happy pets and their owners live here. I'm thankful this is where I landed for my first urban experience, after living in Long Beach for 20 years.

Not the best communication has made my move in experience feel terrible. I never received a proper walk through of my unit. When concerns where addressed communication was lacking. Urgency on repairs does not appear to be a priority.

Volta on pine is a relaxing place to live it’s like your living in a resort beautiful rooftop nice relaxing pool & jacuzzi & BBQ pits to enjoy a good bbq, you get to dine with a nice view on the rooftop
