Waterstone Millbrae Apartamentos

So far i've been living here for 6 months and i've been really happy living here. Nothing beats the location of this property, directly across the street you've got the Millbrae Library and Millbrae city hall, Within walking distance to the Millbrae BART station, then a nearby Safeway, Trader Joe's, Lucky's, Lunardi's for grocery choices, all the major banks (Citibank, BofA, Wells..), it's within walking distance to downtown millbrae, which has a bunch of hidden gem restaurants to eat at, a... nearby catholic church and some really good schools and parks for kids. The complex itself is quaint, quiet and really homey. The heated pool and spa is so so good to soak in at night, after a long day. The managers at the leasing office are friendly and respond quickly if there are any problems in the unit. The buildings are old so the designs are a little bit dated but the thing is since living here, i've noticed a LOT of renovations and improvements to the property lately. Brand new carports, increased CCTVs, and renovated units. Obviously they're not doing all the renovations at once but it seems like they're working on it. To wrap up this long review, I'm really happy living here because nothing beats its proximity to everything and how friendly and quick the management and maintenance staff is :) Lee mas
