They have messy maintenance and plenty electrical problems

I currently live at Rancho Dorado North Apts. in Moreno Valley, CA. I love that the apartments are centrally located. There's a shopping center right across the the street that includes Steer n' Stein steak house, Cardenas market, Little Caesers, Beauty Salon, Mexican food, & a small furniture store. Look to your right and the elementary school is right over our fence! Perfect for those with kids.Not only is the elementary school next door, Vista del Lago High School is only one mile away. ... Going to college? Moreno Valley college is 2 miles away! Craving a burger or ice cream shake? Need gas? 7 Eleven and Jack in the Box are right next door to our left. If you enjoy walking you can cross the street to CVS Pharmacy for your prescriptions. A Family Dollar store also shares the same shopping center. We also happen to be located half way between the Riverside County hospital and Kaiser Permanente.
Rancho Dorado North Apts are about 5 yrs old. Very nice curb appeal. Our bottom floor apt. features a master bed & bath, 2 bedrooms and a main bathroom, outside storage closet and a large hallway closet. There is tile floor throughout, carpeted bedrooms and living room. A sliding door leads from the living room out to a patio. Both restrooms and the kitchen feature granite counter tops. The apartment also came furnished with appliances and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The best part of our apt. is the ice cold a/c in the summer!
Our complex also features a swimming pool area for those hot summer days. There is a small fitness room (only open during office hours) that features, bicycles, an elliptical, treadmill, and a weight machine (bowflex type of machine). If you like to barbecue with friends and family there is nice small shady green trees on green grass area in front of the barbecue areas you can enjoy on a beautiful nice breezy day on the picnic benches. Don't worry about your children, there is a play ground in right in between barbecue areas. There is also a separate tot lot. Oh, and 2 laundry rooms on site. We're enjoying it and loving it. I can only imagine the 3rd story apts have beautiful panorama view of city lights and mountains nearby. Lee mas
