Rose Garden Oldie

I have the front triplex of this "oldie" from 1912. The owner bought it from her parents and has kept the character of the house which is a big plus! It's a cozy junior 1 bedroom but I enjoy having the bay window and tall ceilings. The interior has been nicely remodeled and the appliances are new. It's well priced for the size and location and basically has the Morcom Amphitheater of Roses as its backyard. Go and smell the roses!

There is also a nearby dog park with lots of friendly dogs. The... owners are nice too! Another big plus is that it is between Piedmont and Grand Avenue=lots of delicious food!

The only downside is that noises from the other two units come through easily and there is quite some traffic noise as it is on a busy street. Luckily there is parking available for tenants!
