Atlas is an all-inclusive community, where people of diverse walks of life can mingle and build meaningful connections. The staff could not be more professional or well informed, and I am continually impressed with the high-quality operations from the janitorial staff to all levels of leadership. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to be part of such a welcoming, diverse, safe community... and to call it my home. Moving here from the Tri Valley I did not expect to feel much safer within the confines of my home than I did within those spaces given the rhetoric around safety and issues in Oakland, but Atlas sets a new bar in security as well as high-end luxury living. Despite being in the heart of Downtown Oakland, where city life comes with its share of challenges like unhoused transients and graffiti, Atlas creates a sanctuary that feels incredibly safe and secure.

The building’s noise-insulated windows are a game-changer for urban living, allowing me to enjoy... the vibrancy of the city without compromising my peace at home. The management team is proactive and responsive, always addressing concerns with a genuine commitment to improvement and the evolving needs of residents.

The leasing staff, particularly Milon, has been a pleasure to work with, and the concierge team, especially Myah and Richard, go above and beyond to make life here seamless. Also, the maintenance team are real MVPs—quick, reliable, and always friendly. Their service is unmatched and makes day-to-day living a breeze.
