Presidio at Rancho Del Oro has been a great place to call home. The community is quiet, beautifully maintained, and has a very calm, welcoming atmosphere. From the start, the move-in process was smooth and well organized, which made the transition easy. I especially appreciate the peace and tranquility of the property—it’s a relaxing environment that truly feels like a retreat at the end of the day. I also love the short commute to Camp Pendleton, which makes daily travel incredibly convenient.... Overall, it’s been a very positive living experience, and I’m happy to be part of this community. This community while is maintained well by maintenance is not well maintained by the management nor by those that do the bookkeeping. I would hope that you keep an eye on your bills as they tend to over charge and when you ask management to get a hold of you they simply blow you off.

Yes I've lived. presidio ranco del oro over 25 years , great place to live secure, quiet, well maintained beautiful scenery, staff is professional and curious.

I've only liivef here a few years but I enjoy the friendly atmosphere the rental office provides and the professionalism from the entire team especially maintenance.
