Do not live here - Nasty management
Do not make the mistake of living here. The location is nice, but the management has changed in recent years, and you will regret it. Maintenance has also declined, as the skilled personnel have left. During my entire stay, I never made a late payment or caused any problems, I was a very good tenant. When I moved out, they gave me no clear instructions and never inspected my apartment while I was still there. After I left, they inspected the unit on their own, even though I had left it in... reasonable condition with nothing broken and only normal wear and tear. They claimed they needed to repaint and replace the carpets, something that is standard whenever someone moves out (also Maintenance did tell me they were going to renovate the unit as I was living in an old style apartment) and then charged me an excessive amount for ridiculous reasons. After reaching out to them to ask for an explanation and to possibly cancel or reduce the amount, the management replied very nasty, with no intention of helping or even listening to me.In summary, they told me, ‘This is what we noticed, and you have to pay.
