If you want to have rediculous electricity bills due to how old and inefficient the rusted airconditioner units are, this is the place. If you like not having a lease and having your rent increase every few months, this is the place. If you want your car broken into, posessions stolen off of your porch, and management who might have a mood disorder, this is the place.
