There is also a “hidden oasis” in the heart of building: a beautifully maintained 3rd Floor courtyard with a fire pit, BBQ, and community lounge. The central location makes walking around much easier, close to the muni and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and easy to get along with.

You really cannot beat the location. Not only is it in the sweet spot of the city, I'm only steps away from Whole Foods, Safeway, and the Muni! The resident events are fun and my neighbors are so kind. Most importantly, I absolutely adore my little chic studio.

I’ve lived at 38 Dolores for a year now and I really love it. The location is the best in the city, and the apartment interiors look like new and are well-maintained. Our new package retrieval system works well, and the staff are caring and friendly.
