Great location, quiet community, like the smart system installed on the unit!!!! Close to everything, super convenient, so many restaurants nearby

Agent is super unresponsive and hard to reach. Was surprised that the kitchen has no microwave and dishwasher. The gym is a joke and hours are inaccessible, basically useless

And they also have valet living meaning trash will be collected outside your house and u don’t need to walk to the garbage centre.

I’ve lived here for over five years. Overall, it’s been okay—I personally preferred the previous manager, Kim. If I had to give some suggestions, I’d hope for fewer in-unit inspections. Also, it would be great if the community could remind parents not to let unsupervised children run around shouting all day—it’s very disruptive.

Another serious issue is the group of ducks that have taken over the complex. They leave droppings everywhere, which is really disgusting, especially since they often... take over the pool. It’s covered in duck poop!

The laundry machines are also way too expensive. With rent being this high, it’s frustrating that laundry isn’t included and still costs so much.

And every Monday after the maintenance crew comes by, my yard ends up full of dust and leaves! The squirrels are also out of control—they’re constantly digging in my flower pots! Lee mas

We love our new home. The amenities are convenient and our experience with the leasing office has been very easy and friendly, so far, the community seems very beautiful!
