San Marino Apartamentos

I love living here, the soundproofing in the apartments is superior to most local construction, the landscaping is kept nice and clean, the trash is picked up enough to never be an issue, people are happy here with their kids and pets, with in unit laundry and great maintenance and management staff, it's a very nice place to live. Extra parking is a bit difficult after work hours for guests and visitors, but it is the Bay Area after all.

I love the San Marino Apartments. The grounds and landscaping are very well kept, the dumpsters maintained effectively and never stay overfull, the pool and hot tub are excellent, as well as heated and dual treated like aquatic therapy pools, and the people managing and maintaining the property are very nice. If I have any concerns I can always get them addressed with the team. The apartments are very nice, the in unit laundry is indispensable, the modern hardwood floors easy to maintain, the... carpeted bedroom perfect on the feet, and the 2 bd units have 2 bathrooms, so it's like dual master suites. There are a few different layouts. I live in Phase 1, which is 2 story and fenced, but the Phase 2 apartments are also nice and they have another pool and hot tub there. Just really love it here. I so happy to be a resident of San Marino. I enjoy my neighbors and the privacy.

The office and maintenance staffs are absolutely amazing. We have lived here since 2009 and have considered moving on several occasions. The key reason we continued to renew our contract here was our relationship built over the years with the staff.

They truly are amazing and makes the overall living experience here hard to leave.
