I am happy to share that I will be concluding my first one year lease term at the One55 Lofts at the close of February 2026. I had experienced feelings for myself of uncertainty concerning picking an apartment. I discovered my current unit at the One55 Lofts and made the decision; same day, to applyI have been happy. I have enjoyed the numerous perks of living in the downtown area of San Rafael. I have since moving adopted a Miniature Poodle. I had not accounted for our having no personal... outdoor space, i.e. a patio or balcony. I feel like I have been blessed in this past approximately 10 months of living at the One55 Lofts. I look forward to the next chapters in my life's journey with my new Miniature Poodle. Thank you One55 Lofts for being a part of my journey.

I’m very happy with my apartment. The staff is generally quick to respond, and always friendly! The location is great, and the loft setup is a really cool and unique layout.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. The staff has been the best yet. Blair is amazing. Always there to help you with questions. Takes time to stop what she is doing. The best manager. Thayer is incredible. Super fast a fixing whatever you need. Always has a smile on his face. Very positive and loves to stop and pet my dogs. I am super proud and happy to have these wonderful staff now

It’s a pretty nice place, and the people here are generally kind and keep to themselves. It’s walking distance to all the restaurants on 4th st. Lots of homeless in this area though.

Trying to give a shout out to the maintenance crew but it led me to some place that I don't know where I'm at so I'm going to try it anyway! Thayer is the bestest politest most knowledgeable maintenance person I have ever seen and I've been here for five plus years I've gone through a lot of management Thayer is really kind he's courteous he stops to take time to talk to you and he knows what the hell he's doing when it comes to fixing things! And as for the guys that clean up outside and are... are sweeping and mopping the floors and empty in the garbage and just doing regular maintenance every time I speak with them they're polite they're kind they're happy it's just it really makes this place nice to live at! Seriously this is a really nice place to live!
