Aside from maybe one person in the office (Charles), this office is extremely lazy and can't be asked to do the bare minimum. It's unfortunate we didn't do enough research before signing a lease here, because it's clear no one who can actually make the changes here, actually care enough to do so.

Greystar is trash gets you in a lease then no management

I have shared multiple times already, this place felt rushed, a lot of the fire alarm testing should have been done before residences moved in the water heater should not be an issue and I’ve experienced not having hot water twice in the last 10 days, the electricity has been turned off multiple occasions for maintenance reasons in the area, the maintenance team here at Paloma has always been quick and friendly but the experience as a residence here at Paloma has been nothing but a headache when... rent is this high not to mention, the gorage it is poorly designed, having ramps would have been less of a headache then going in circles. '- my EV charger was stolen, maybe cameras in the garage or more security
- the dog dryer has been broken for 4 months

I am obsessed with this apartment building! When I first to it, I knew it was Home. Everything is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. The pricing is just right, as well. I do not plan on leaving here anytime soon!
