I have shared multiple times already, this place felt rushed, a lot of the fire alarm testing should have been done before residences moved in the water heater should not be an issue and I’ve experienced not having hot water twice in the last 10 days, the electricity has been turned off multiple occasions for maintenance reasons in the area, the maintenance team here at Paloma has always been quick and friendly but the experience as a residence here at Paloma has been nothing but a headache when... rent is this high not to mention, the gorage it is poorly designed, having ramps would have been less of a headache then going in circles.
